Ok i know ive made like 3 posts in the last 5 minutes but you guys are good at supplieing answers and lol wut pears. so actually 2 questions. About oblivion one where do you find glass armor and two do you play in first person or 3rd person

Glass armor is a leveled item, you only get it when you're at a certain level (I think, was a long time ago)

You have be above 20 in level.

Also I play in both. I like to watch my guy as he moves around the town, but I go first person for combat.

The Daedric stuff is much stronger. And if you have the expansion, the Perfect Madness armor is even better.

I play Oblivion in first person, third person just doesn't happen. Sometime i'll go into third person to look at my character if they're in new gear but most of the time its in 1st person.
