LARGE LETTERS

Anyway, no, I haven't fallen in love on the internet. I've made friends on the internet, but I think love is going just a bit too far, especially considering how much it affects your life.

In your case, I have a feeling that it wasn't really true love. I think just forget about it.
SDRAWKCAB EGRAL GNIETIRW. (Mwahahahha! You shll never break my code Furburt!.....never)

OT: As harsh as it sounds, I think you have to let this one slip Mate. Either that or build a time-machine. Actually Fuck it if you can build a time machine i'm sure she'd rather be with you anyway!
Writing is spelled wrong. =D
Exactly...........

MWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

OT: My point remains the same. Unlucky Dude.

What I'd do is just leave it. Find someone closer to home. Believe me, there's many people whom I'm sure you'll have a fine chance falling in love with.
Oh boy if it'd just be that simple, if only love would work like that.

In my case I can say that it's my strong conviction that I will not find someone else like her closer to home. I don't know how much in love the OP is with his Arabian girl, but if you're really deeply in love (and in am, not just your average crush) it's not as simple to just leave it. I strongly believe that she's the one for me, the person I want to share and spend my life with and be a part of hers.

Well, me and my wife met the old fashioned way. High school. We're going on our 18th anniversary this December.

Love is love, however it finds you is none of my business. The problem with internet love though, is that no one tells the whole truth about themselves. It can be a difference of 10 pounds or 10 years. Keep that in mind, and tread lightly.

Best of luck, sorry to hear about that.

I've tried it twice. The first one was fine but still ended. The second one she gave me a fake image of herself and I found out and I'm certainly glad I did, just sayin.

So I can't say I support it and think that meeting someone in real life is a way better idea, but like someone else said. Love can happen anywhere.

The only way I'd meet someone online is if one good conversation led to a real-life meeting, and there were no surprises.

For the most part I'm not that thrilled with the idea of online dating, or having a girlfriend over the net. There's just plenty of things that can go wrong.

I have fallen in "love" online before but then I realized, I will NEVER meet this girl because shes half way across the country so we broke up.

I don't believe in online love. I think its sad people don't have enough of an outside life to fall in love with someone they've met. You can see as many photos or videos of them as you like but how can you really love someone who you haven't seen in real life?

Oh, crap.

I accidentally reported this. Kind of instinctive =/. Sorry.

Um..My condolences. Next time, try to meet a girl with your body. Around objects. In real life.
That's the problem with online relationships. High chance that you're just getting screwed over. By someone who's getting married. Or a 50-something year old man.

Very sad, but very true indeed. It's why I feel so sorry for the OP (if he's indeed telling the truth, and I think he is) as it's definitely not as easy as just leaving it behind. But then again, I don't know how much he loves her. I just hope for his sake not as much as I do.

How deliciously narrow minded

Well I thought I had (now knowing what love is really like) met them in real life and had no connection, most awkward day of my life D=.

Now however met some in real life have been together almost a year and we are head over heels in love with each other =D.

Nope, never fallen in love over the internet. I keep my romance and my e-career separate.

Besides, I'm the type of person who would hate never getting to physically be with the girl I loved.
