Only 1,000 Sonic Fans Will Get This Nifty 20th Anniversary Statue

Only 1000 geez you'd think with the atrocity that has been the sonic series they would be a bit more willing to lick boot and beg. Last sonic game I bought... 2 on genesis. Sure has been a while since I've even cared about sonic.

C'mon, mang, I know that the general populous of we Sonic fans are every bit as tolerable as Fran Drescher's voice, but seriously? "All of them"? "ignoramus's"? "Mentally deficient"? Really?

OT: I'd be lying if I said I didn't want one of these, especially given their rarity. But I wonder what the deal is with the distribution? Hm, maybe we'll find out when Generations nears release.

It'd be nice to have something of value besides a celebii star card. Im not that much of a sonic fan, (Dont listen to him he's lying) but that statue is SWEET. only thing id want more is a Life sized figurine of flutteshy being super cute. (again another lie)

If you look for a picture on the internet of this limited edition only a thousand ever made figurine after it gets released, then you will find one with human semen on it. I know that's disgusting but it's the honest truth.

I grew up with Sonic, as Sega Master System II was my introduction to the world of gaming.
Good times.
I do want one of these, but I'm not willing to pay hundreds of dollars for it.
Better win one.

I'm pretty much in the same boat - but I played the games on the Megadrive. If I see a competition for them, I'll consider entering it, but yeah, not willing to pay a lot for it.

I like action figures (or similar things, like this statue), but I don't want to spend silly money on them.

According to the SEGA Facebook page, there's going to be a competition "real soon" to do with Sonic the Hedgehog, so my guess is that it'll have something to do with these statues

sadly, im such a fan as well. But im not diehard enough to think that getting a small statuette is going to change my mind from sonic as an excellent franchise steered the wrong way, to God emerging upon high on a golden harley (even though a golden harley would be quite uncomfortable). Hell, my mum used to be quite the sonic fan as well.
