My mate just started at Codemasters after graduating.
His first project is ONLY the next installment of Operation Flashpoint! Working on concept art for some of the games vehicles.

Yeah, I loved Dragon Rising so I was stoked when he told me the gig he'd managed to get. Apparently this is going to be called Operation Flashpoint 2, that will cause some confusion alone. Just look at CODMW2?!!

Yes, because calling a game that's a sequel to Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare "Modern Warfare 2" makes no sense at all.

And this story is probably fake.You have no proof other than word of mouth, and as Big Boss said, no one named Mike has even joined Codemasters recently.

You know what, for a gaming site I thought people and fans may have been a bit more happy to hear some news on a really good franchise release. I guess I was wrong, huh? If it pleases you all I'll just not bother next time.
