Well I'm playing this right now. I'm not even halfway there and things are already going to hell. Goden broke her arm, Momuz was incapciatated by the measels, and Dishmab was also incapciatated but by the fever. We're running out of food, and a thief just made off with our bullets.

Fun times.

EDIT: And now Dishmab and Momuz are dead. Amusingly, Dishmab was the first to die.

Managed to get to Oregon with 1100 points but only after I killed off all my infected zombie companions...

Same thing's happening to me. Everyone in my party is infected.

Bob had to put down Joe, and we've only got $35 and 175oz. of food left. Everything's pretty much gone to hell.

EDIT: A fire in my station wagon destroys a tire?! Where are you keeping the spare tires?!!

EDIT2: Bill has a broken leg? How the hell did he manage that? He's sitting in a car all day!

Nifty, I was afraid I'd get shot down for something someone ninja'd me on posting I found out about this game in MaximumPC. & just when I had thought they'd gotten rid of all their fun articles to cut down on costs.

I beat the game the first time around, but I did pretty terribly. I killed Pokorny right away, had to put down Brandt and Sievers, and only survived with John(myself), Mengele, and another one whose name escapes me.

I think I had 1,300 points.

I don't remember ever beating the original, but I was also like 12, so I have no idea how to answer your question. Sorry. Seemed similar though.
