Organizing my Game Library

I was alphabetizing my game library, when I came across a game I got when my brother bought a 360 (Arcade edition), Xbox live arcade/Sega Super Stars Tennis.
And I was wondering, because both games are in the same box, should I file it under S for Sega or X for Xbox, or just set it aside on the shelf

I organize mine by system first then.... thats pretty much it, altho my pc games are organized by how much I liked them in regards to how well I can see them

You should probably file it under S, as it seems that is the "main" game of the package.
