kinda disappointed in it, i expected them to stay true to the comics...they just re-created wolverines past from scratch.

It sucks. Wolverine was like immortal in this movie so I couldn't feel anything for him if he died.

It's good as an action film but it sucks they didn't stick with the comics.

I found him hard to relate to as well, I didn't care towards the end.

I also think they could've made the scene with the wars longer and cooler.

As much as I would have loved that, sticking Captain America in there would have been very confusing for non-comic fans.

To be fair, Wolverine's history has been written, changed, retconned and generally mucked around with so much by Marvel's unfortunate penchant to "CHANGE THE STATUS QUO... FOREVER" every two years that they could pretty much make up whatever they wanted and not be far off.

That doesn't get them off the hook for the travesty that was their version of Deadpool, though. That crap was unforgivable.

ehh, sure, it was somewhat changed a bit, but that is somewhat excusable, we never knew what REALLY happened to him, but we did know a couple of facts. and those few facts they took and altered them.
