Original Characters

I pretty much just want to see other people's original characters. The more detail the more interesting the read. The oc can be from any genre, setting, or story. Don't worry I won't be stealing your character ideas I promise xD. I honestly just have a curiosity about the original characters the escapist community has to show off.

Also, me and a group of irl friends are giving our best shot at creating a comic of the web variety. We are actually getting decent progress done. The constant rping really helps. Maybe a couple of your characters could inspire ideas or logical things I myself have not thought of.

Not gonna give to much detail on the comic other then the setting. Modern Day, Demons and Angels more emphasis on demons at the moment. Biblical Mythology stuff.

So if you please, let's take a look at those characters.

 

[Velvo]

Guy who is trapped in a computer simulation MMO. No body to return to in the real world. Is pissed off at everyone. Constantly yells at NPC's and players alike. Dies and respawns with memory wiped after the point he was dropped into the game. >

 

[Tartarga]

I had an idea where a guy is bitten by a zombie and becomes a zombie but his mind is still in tact so he is capable of thought and speech but has a craving for human flesh. I haven't put a lot of thought into his personality though.

I had this character for the tabletop RPG Vampire: The Masquerade. Nikko, the insane vampire pop artist. Used to be a fairly successful pop artist, primarily doing pictures with permanent markers. Was ambushed by a vampire one night and Embraced (which involves killing a human and feeding the corpse vampire blood to turn them into a vampire). Woke up alone and crazy. He has a fixation with permanent markers, and has a nervous breakdown if he doesn't have one (or if it runs out).

In the ancient and decadent vampire society, he's something of a social critic, quietly using his art to make fun of the older, more powerful vampires. He has powers that let him turn invisible and drive people crazy. For those who don't know about the game, he's part of a 'clan' of vampires called the Malkavians, who suffer from permanent insanity as part of their Embrace. They kind of have a hive mind called the Malkavian Madness Network, the Network rumoured to be the mind of the first Malkavian.

I think that I came up with the concept when I first saw the following picture in the rulebook. When I was making the character, I tried very hard not to fall into the old trap of making him a Looney Tune.

That sounds like a very interesting game actually... But to get back on topic: The character you have here sounds like he could be a lot of fun. He sort of reminds of one of my oc's, said oc is a Zombie Serial Killer. It's most likely that they are both insane and consider themselves artists.

Also I get the feeling your vampire would like sniff his permanent markers are a lot... xD

Fillian Nighthawk. He is the heir apparent for the Black Diamond Throne of the Galactic Empire of Mages. Currently functions as an assassin for the Black Heart Travelers.

Teenager realises that where he is at the moment means his life isn't moving forward, so he leaves to make a new life somewhere else. He meets a girl his age and falls in love, and she puts him on the path to finding out who he really is and where he belongs in the world. However, she and other things the boy comes across might not exist in the 'real-world'.

Hmmmm... that again sounds like something I would read. I vaguely reminded me of Scott Pilgrim... for some odd reason. *Shrug* Anyway, from the minimal information you gave me, it interested me which is of course... nifty or good.
