Complete bollocks that eula is, I was genuinely looking forward to that game.
If they want to monitor my activity while playing the game or using the service then fine, but making a catalog of what is on and how I use my computer and even the peripheral devices connected to it just doesnt sit well with me. I'd love to know why they think they have the right to such information let alone have the balls to ask for it.
