You mean cartoons that aren't for kids? Drawn Together was a good one until it got cancelled. Venture Brothers is pretty funny as well. If you're into metal and dark comedy, Metalocalypse is fucking perfect.

There's also a super hilarious raunchy as fuck cartoon movie directed by Rob Zombie called "The Haunted World of El Superbeasto." It's definitely worth checking out.

Clone High is really good and underrated. Also there is lots of cool stuff on Adult Swim: I particularly like Harvey Birdman and Sealab 2021.

Renn & Stimpy is a classic, but you may not enjoy it judging by your taste.
