Other than gameplay what matters most to you in a game?

I really like to have good, or at least a nice variety of animations in games. If nothing else, Assassin's Creed definitely does this well. Also, as many have pointed out, music is nice, although I find that most games already have excellent music in them, so there is little contention there.

Well length/replayability combined with great gameplay will make a game last for ages, so length/replayability.

Not so much story line as to the premise or lore of the game. What was the story line in Super Metroid beyond find baby metroid, kill shit along the way? But I loved the idea of being deep underground in some foreign planet blaster aliens with and arm cannon as a space bounty hunter.
Bioshocks story kicked ass, but the premise was that it was a failed utopian underwater city.

Does that make sense?

Uniqueness.

Lately I've been playing games that you could say "there has never been anything like this before." Such as Portal, Audiosurf, and Minecraft.

Story. Storystorystorystorystory.

Raphael Sbarge's voice is also much-appreciated. That voice!

Has to be storyline. For example, Mass Effect had alright gameplay, but the interesting storyline was what really made the game stick out and hook me in.

Entertaining. With it being a good story and meh other parts, or just pure awesomeness with no story (Painkiller), as long as it is entertaining I'm good. If it is like Dragon Age with the story, characters, and combat all being bland and boring, I'm hoping Steam soon does develop a way to sell/trade games on it...

Replay value. If I can't play through a single player game at least 4 times without running out of stuff to do, I'm not interested.

Narrative development. It's what we all seek.

Being able to make a story be heard or seen instead of read or told is the real art in the craft of games. Making players guess or figure it out as opposed to it being described or explained.

When playing a game what feature other than gameplay really makes you enjoy a game (i.e music, graphics, storyline) or is gameplay all that matters to you? Personally for me I find that good music in a game can really make me enjoy a game much more, the epic feeling you get when you start a boss fight or the emotional feeling during an important scene can really be made with good music behind it
I honestly think the story and the plot are quite important. Rather then just heavily multiplayer based games.

storyline mostly but i'm a little divided in this category.
for example, some games like Bioshock, F.E.A.R., Alan Wake, and Red Dead: Redemption that engross you in the story and weave it into the fabric of the gameplay always have my attention as long as the gameplay is good as well. but on other occasions, the story could be or metaphorically is completely non-existent and i wouldn't care, games in this category include Left 4 Dead and Painkiller
so basically, story has to be done right, or it's painful, the only example i have here is Bioshock 2, where the story is just outright pointless and stupid, but seem to think otherwise and won't stop shoving narrative down our throats.

And one more thing that makes a difference, controls. This doesn't really present a large issue for me, as most games i play have understandable fluid control schemes. the catch, though, is when i'm switching around between multiple games with completely different control styles. For example, at one point is was alternating between playing Bioshock, Resident Evil 5, Fallout 3, Red Dead: Redemption, and Left 4 Dead 2, resulting in understandable confusion.

Art Style...no wait, story has to make me care about what is happening the world so story.

Um, no..music has a role too, I would hate to hear Beyonce in my games or some cheesy music that doesn't fit...epic music? I guess, but they all sound the same, so music must be clean and good.

Then again, even good music won't save an atrocious looking game. I mean yes, graphics isn't everything, but if a game is drowning in Bloom and Brown, it won't be something I want to play, and we have standards today which are pretty easy to achieve if we do them correctly.

But...hssss, story is kinda important, I must feel a connection or atleast it must have a good narrative and imagination to keep me going, even when the crap-a-doo hits the fan, so I guess that works...

But then again...

Replayability I guess, even if it lacks in some other important aspects, if I can play it for 100+ hours total over the time I own it, then that should be good enough.
Like Pokemon!!!

I can put so many hours into that game it's unreal!
Ditto, I am already up to 200 hours in Soulsilver and still have about a million things I know I want to finish.
