We've all seen the various crazy threads posted here, but they're usually related to BF/GF types of deals. I want to know, what's the craziest 'other' stories from you folks out there? Because I've got one heckuva doozy that just happened earlier tonight.

There was a guy that I used to know when I was much, much younger who recently moved back into town from out of the country. So about a year and a half ago I ran into him randomly and we exchanged phone numbers. I didn't think too much of it, so much time had passed us both by that I figured we'd just become neighbors and not worry over it, both of us having moved back in with our parents in the same neighborhood we grew up in.
This happy suburban situation was not to be due to foolishness on my part. He called me about 5 times in a 2 hour span earlier this evening and then went so far as to ring my doorbell asking if I wanted to go out for drinks. I foolishly said yes and we proceeded to head out to a local sushi bar. My danger-sense was tingling something fierce at this point, but lest I interrupt the narrative...
While we were getting comfortable at the bar, he asked me if I knew of any strip clubs that were good to go to for 'private rooms'. I told him that I didn't, strip clubs not being a major point of my knowledge base. He then insists that we go to a well known local strip club because the girls would, and I quote, 'go all the way for $200'.
As I said, danger-sense was already elevated. With questions like these, it was moving toward the event horizon and rapidly accelerating. I made a break for the restroom and frantically texted a bunch of my friends to provide me with a safe out to escape from the situation I had foolishly maneuvered myself into. None of them, except my brother, were available to help me. So I begged him, via text message and in between sake bombs, to come and pick me up.
To his credit, he came and snagged me before things got too far out of hand. But before we left the sushi bar, the head chef was sitting in a booth being soothed by the manager and several of the waitresses. He was crying because he was humiliated that he had become so drunk off of the alcohol that my 'friend' had given him that he had to call his daughter to come and pick him up. The man in question was older than my own father.
This was in less than a 2 hour span of time. Those of you who are of legal age to drink probably have a safe idea of how much alcohol was consumed in this period of time.
So, Escapist posters, what are your crazy stories? Because this is one that I'm going to cherish for quite a while.
