I'm not him but yes. E3 is about dick waving, hype, shiny gimmicks and everything wrong with gaming today. So in short, garbage. And I know this because I care about games and that's why I am here. Also Escapist isn't only about games.

These guys are right: E3 is basically a three-ring circus for all the big swinging dicks of the industry to roll up and lie straight to our faces about how their product is the best and totally perfect and will get you into the Rapture when it comes.

I come to the Escapist precisely because I don't trust E3: these forums are a much better place to get the truth about gaming news and first-hand opinions on new games, rather than the tarted up PR bullshit marketing companies pump out at events and through social media.

I have a feeling you're being overly hostile because you are immensely uninformed about the subject but too proud to backpedal in light of being corrected.

Oh, OT: I'm still a bit iffy about the OUYA, it just doesn't seem like it can deliver anything I can't already get elsewhere. It's still early days, though, anything could happen if the right people get behind it.
