So I've decided to overclock my Intel I7 920. I'm pretty computer savvy as I built my rig myself, but I'm having trouble finding out what my values for: [DRAM CAS# Latency, DRAM RAS# to CAS# Delay, DRAM RAS# PRE Time, DRAM RAS# ACT Time] I'm completely lost on this point, the guides I've read do not go over it very well. Any help, Escapists? Also, I want some opinions from experienced overclockers on how high of an overclock I could go. I want a stable, 24/7 overclock, something that won't slowly exterminate my cpu. I was thinking somewhere from 3.5-3.7 ghz, is that reasonable with these specs?

CPU: Intel I7 920 @ 2.67ghz
Power Supply: Corsair 700w
Cooling System: H100 corsair Liquid Cooling system
RAM: 9gb

Use a free overclocking utility like Aylaine says and use this guide: [link]http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/overclocking-guide-part-1,1379.html[/link]

Hope I helped.
