ok so i have never sucessfully overclocked anything in my life. i have a c2d e6750 CPU and when i try to overclock it the setting wouldnt save. like the voltage and increased speed. If you have any suggestion on why that is please tell me.
But my main question is, is there any software i could down load that would overclock my cpu for me? im asking here instead of googling for it cause im sure there are 1000s of programs that claim to overclock your computer when they probably just load up 340 viruses.
Like i remember nvidia video cards had i think ntune that let you increase voltage and speed and fan speed and stuff. but is there soft ware that you guys would trust that would over clock my cpu?
