Overclocking what am I doing wrong?

I've done stress test's and the program says my computer can handle the it but the meter doesn't go up with what I set it too. Any idea why? Gpu clocking by the way. Sorry new to this kind of stuff heres a picture -

What GPU model have you got, and what are it's default clocks?

Either way, I've never really used that feature in CCC because it didn't seem to work all that well. You might be better of with something like MSI Afterburner - third party programs tend to be more powerful, but require more care.

Let me know a bit more about your GPU and I'll offer what advice I can.
