So, I was perusing Rock Paper Shotgun as I tend to do every few days (I need to do it more often, but I'm forgetful) and I came upon this piece/story.
I thought I'd see if a story had been posted on the Escapist detailing the events or something had been in the forums. I didn't turn anything up.

So there's that. It's interesting to say the least. Kind of very frightening. And as someone who hasn't had...glowing experiences with Steam support in the past, not hard to believe in the least.
Thoughts? Other...stuff? I dunno. I don't usually make posts like this, I just kind of wanted to bring it to everyone's attention I suppose.
