Paintballing question

How do you prevent fogging up of paintball mask goggles specifically in the winter? I can't get fans or anti-fog, but I've heard some things about using soapy water or just getting wet before hand. Any ideas?

edit: Actually, I can get anti-fog spray as long as it's not ridiculously priced. If I go that way, which should I go for?
