OHMYGODOHMYGODOHMYGOD. I'm such a massive pancake person (not literally of course..) I even have pancakes not on this day for tea too, however I've not eaten any for a while so it's high time I gorge on some.

Even though we can make pancakes anyday of the year, we don't. I think it makes pancake day all the sweeter in that we have an actual excuse to eat pancakes. Like it's an obligation.

Sorry, should have made my post clearer, I know why we only have pancakes today, I am British.
I just mean, we have the ingredients to make them everyday, but most people choose just one day, (pancake day)
But i do agree, if we had them everyday, it just wouldn't be as fun on Pancake day.

Yes my planned meals for the day are scotch pancakes for breakfast then some microwave pancakes for lunch then some actual homemade pancakes for dinner.
