As far as I know, Saboteur is pretty much finished and it's still being released on December 7th. Then the studio gets the axe. :/

damned shame, espically due to the fact they had some terrific games. But they did ruin it with mercs 2 and the later DOH's.

Oh and this.

They made fucking Lord of the Rings: Conquest, they DESERVED to be closed down.

Maybe deserved is the wrong word, kicked in the nuts for not working on battlefront 3 is more like it.
