Unless I have to leave my apartment for some reason I usually run around the place in boxers and a t-shirt. Quite comfortable, and also makes for funny situations when I get unexpected female visitors.

I have a friend who doesn't wear pants when he's at home, even company.
I made him change that habit.
The only thing I don't constantly wear are socks, because my feet get hot.

I wear long pants year round, the only time I'm not wearing pants are A) when I'm in the shower or B) during the summer when I go to bed (I wear shorts then).

Pajama pants at home with a T-shirt or one of my multitude of Wife Beaters... with company I get into jeans right quick. By myself... yeah. go soft and awesome robes, T's and boxers.
