I just finished playing the beta and I had a lot of fun with this indie game so I thought I would share it.

The game has quite a bit of fun things you have to be alert to catch people trying to illegally cross while getting enough people admitting enough residents to feed your starving family. There is also a moral choice of helping certain characters vs your own needs.

The game progressively gets a lot harder as there are situational things to watch out for such as people carrying weapons.

There are also funny moments like one guy who forged a passport with crayon

Hopefully you guys will enjoy it.

I can recommend wasting a little time on this. The beta is free so nothing else is lost. A very interesting idea and execution and I love the style of the graphics. It's also very fun to play, and with some more work it could get some of the same addictive qualities as FTL.

At the moment it stops abruptly and lacks a proper end or wrap-up, it's clearly a work in progress. I look forward to the full release.

Definitely worth a look, it has a very bleak charming quality that I have not seen for a while

Ha, that sounds like a blast! Bit of black humour involved I take it?

I will check it out tonight!:D
More like grimdark humor, the current version, if you manage to download it, is less than an hour.

I saw a couple of videos of this the other night. Haven't played it yet though but it looks really interesting. Seems like a fun game that also manages to tell a point all while you create your own narrative throughout playing.

I found out about it through Total Biscuit's video, and I got to this thread checking to see if anyone here was talking about it. I'm glad that's the case. This is a great idea, and one that he manages to make fun while still sending important but subtle messages. It's on greenlight, this is the kind of thing that I'd love to see fleshed out and I'd totally spend money on it.
