About 30 seconds, then I was starting to get goosebumps up my neck. I haven't even got a window behind me, just a really big room with no lights.

But still, I would say I'm pretty paranoid, I can't relax unless I have some sort of weapon within a few meters.

My flat is on the first (what you Americans would call second) floor so there's definitely nobody at the window. Also, all my housemates are out and there's not been a sound outside of this room for hours. Nice try.

Well then, you DO have to worry. If anyone is after you, it'll be ninjas that don't make a sound.

Actually, given how sick I'm feeling right now, ninjas attacking in my sleep might be merciful... I'll make sure to leave the door unlocked.

I was also really paranoid after the "This Man" thread.

I hate you. Not you personally but your link to this man. Im not sleeping for a while now. This gave me absolute chills, the worst ever. And I immediately rubbernecked to check behind me.

I'm not that paranoid, but I will sit in the corner of a room so nothing can get behind me & so I can watch all the exits. I'm also naturally aware of my surroundings.

I'm totally paranoid. Usually in a different way, though. Like, I don't expect someone's going to come from out of nowhere and kill me, but I don't trust anybody. For example, I won't tell people in real life about my fear of spiders because I'm convinced they'll be dicks and use it against me. =P

Normally I consider myself really quite paranoid, but on this occasion I am completely unaffected by your test. Maybe it's just the fact that I actually did do everything in my power to stop myself from turning, but I felt no urge whatsoever to turn aside from perhaps boredom.

Also, this has made my neck itch for some reason. Does twisting my head to stop it doing so count? I haven't done it, I'm just curious.

Regarding the whole "someone's gonna get me" mindset, I don't really feel it right now. I do feel it though, when I have watched something that scared me. (A horror movie or game, Nightmare Fuel characters, creatures and situations, etc.) At those moments I always feel like I'm being followed or something. I leave my home; it is following me. I enter my car; I half expect something to be sitting at the back seats.
