Hello everyone. I have been reading around the forums and have not seen any threads about Pax 2008 and felt obligated to mention the bane of my existance to the world.
For anyone who does not know what PAX is, it is the "Penny Arcade Expo" in Seattle, Washington, United States Of America in which many major game develepers come to show off their soon to be released games in hopes of adding hype to their future releases. It is the annual gathering of all the video game addicted geeks in Seattle (of which there are many) to see what major companies like Microsoft, Sony,Nintendo and many more big names have in store for them. PAX also highlights a lot of indie and small time develepers like Metssoft, the geniuses who brought you "N" and "N+". However the crowning acheivement of PAX to me is every year the lads from Rooster Teeth come by and have a panel of discussion. Rooster Teeth being the wonderful god-men who bring the "Red vs Blue" series to the internet and our veiwing plesure.
Anyways I have rambled long enough, now to the point of this article.
Question 1: Will you be attending Pax and all its glory on the 29, 30, and 31 of August?
Question 2: If the above is true then what do you hope to see and what games would you like to demo/ panels you would like to attend.
Question 3: What has been your favorite moment at any PAX in the past (if you have attended any)?
And finally, the bonus question.
Bonus Question: Don't you think having Yahtzee at Pax would be awesome?
Lastly, I apologize for the long post and many questions and sincerely apologize to anyone who cannot attend because they are really missing out.
