Any "send your pal into the gas pit" moments for you?
Well, as any scientist will tell you, accidents are part of the learning process, so there are bound to be some...unfortunate...incidents.

I can't say for sure whether any of them will be necessary in order to advance, though. We saw so little of the actual game that it's tough to know much more than I've shared here.
True... not a lot was shown... but if it was a competition, Orange would of been winning.

This game is sounging better and better the more I hear

[small]Must not board the hype train... remember MW2... the horror! *shudders*[/small]

But still this is easily my most anticipated game that will be comming out. Fallout NV and possibly Fable 3 are close behind it.

I like the sound of Glados creating tension and insulting the two players, and possibly turning them against each other with harsh language. Sounds most amusing.

At 0:59 you can see one of the hugs.
It's going to be a day one purchase for me as well. :D
I have a theory about the last chamber. I think it was said once in a Joystick interview that Valve were looking to extended the Co-Op experience a little bit beyond. My theory is that these different doors lead into different test sections, maybe 3 or 4 tests, and entering them at different points during the game will change how they play. We know that GLaDOS is rebuilding the test centre piece by piece. So maybe entering a chamber near the beginning it might be in a state of disrepair, parts of the tests are missing ect. However if you visited that chamber half way though it'd be mostly completed. Near the end of the game GLaDOS is growing psychotic, so they're now filled with turrets and traps.

Just an idea. It could mean their are 5 different versions of each test, adding tons of replay value, which I assume is what Valve wants judging by the Left 4 Dead co op experience.

This will totally fry the Steam servers...

Anyway, on-topic, I suspect that half the fun in co-op will come from completely screwing your friends over.
