PC case modding

I set up this thread because I was wondering if PC gamers mod their rigs? I'm not talking about stuff like upgrading the hard drive, I mean stuff like case modding. Alas I'm not that creative... I just went with a case lined inside with acoustic foam (the "egg crate" stuff you see in recording booths) for my brand-new system because my last system was so frickin' loud I couldn't understand why everyone was complaining about the Xbox 360. (I didn't even line the case myself; it's a Cooler Master Sileo 500 [http://www.coolermaster-usa.com/product.php?category_id=19&product_id=2875]. Still, it looks nice.)
