When my download got to 100%, it says that it's still "updating," but I got a message that the Steam servers are too busy to handle my request. Stop teasing me, Valve!

Lol Well, yeah they're busy! A group of people the size of a developed nation is trying to download the same file hehe.

currently on pc it is slow (downloading) 3 hours and its been 23% and its on 9.3Kb/s this is gona take a while....(for me)

The Steam Servers don't hold me in very high regard. I don't get it, all I'm trying to do is get free stuff from VALVe that I would have had to pay for had I owned the game on a console! What gives? This is causing irreparable damage to my sense of entitlement.

For people whose download is going slow, a solution would be to change your download region. Ukraine worked for me with up to 600 kB/s (I live in Belgium).

It would add to the horror elements. Think about it, L4D2: a romance story. I would probably be more scared of it then of anything from the games.
