It seems fixed at the moment.
I removed all my USB connected devices and tried to boot my system up but still have the same problems.
Just for your info, seeming I was so vague, I can tell you what I know of my PC.
Intel 2 Quad Core CPU Q9550 @ 2.83GHZ
2GIG RAM
NVIDIA GeForce 9550GT x2
Windows XP Home Edition
2 Internal HDD
1 External USB HDD
I reinstalled windows and it has seems to have fixed the problem. I've run Avast! and Ad-Aware and they have found nothing thus far. I will get the Malwarebytes and run that just to be sure.
