I seem to be haveing problems with my pc. I just installed Team Fortriss 2 and my pc crashed when I tryed to run it I also dont think that has anything to do with it but that was what I was doing when it happened. So when I turned it off and turned it back on it makes all the noise like its comeing on but the monter wont show anything. It shows the start up but when its supposed to show the main stuff it doesnt. It shows the screen on safe mode but i cant do anything on safe mode exsept system restore but when I use it. it says that the system is missing something that allows it to opperate and restores it self back to where it works witch is when the monter does not work. Im very sorry if this does not make sence but I dont quite understand whats going on ether so I cant quite descibe whats going on please help or tell me what I need to tell you.

This problem is probably a little more strange, unusual and confusing then I(we) normally see here... it could be one of MANY things causing the problem and without a hell of a lot more info and actually seeing whats going on there isn't much I can suggest except take it to your local tech and get them to look at it.

Ok first, what operating system are you using?

Second: Go to start> run/search> DXDIAG> and tell us your specs for your pc.

He can't do that, as he isn't able to boot into Windows.

I don't quite understand what your porblem is. But let me ask you a few questions to see what we can do:

- You said something about weird noises, what kind of noise do you hear? Is it like the bleeping sound when you start your computer? Or do you actually hear the sound of the game without a screen?
- Does the screen go black or do you get the notorious blue screen?
- What is the message of the files it is missing or the error?

Ah sorry, the wall of text confused me. Hmmm, system specs would be helpful if you know them offhand still.

Sounds like hard drive failure to me.
Couldn't be a hard drive error he can get into safemode. Unless you meant it may have a few dead sectors.

But again there is WAY to many variables and WAY to little information from OP to really begin offering advice except to hand it to the tech at your local computer shop.

Something videocard related... drivers, maybe... I've had some similar problems and reseating the graphics adapter helped (I guess it put some pressure at right places and cleaned the connectors). But might be something else too.

P.S. Make sure you're 100% sure, when you attempt this.
