PC PSU questions

Hey, I'm going to be upgrading my rig soon, and I've got a few questions regarding the PSU.

I'll be getting a Geforce GTX460, but I'm not quite sure how much wattage I would need.

Also, what this about volt rails, do I need a certain amount of volt rails on my psu to make it work? If so how much?

Not so much, I imagine. I've recently bought a gtx 570 and a 750w PSU to get it.
800 and above is pretty much overkill.

I have absolutely no idea about volt rails, I'm afraid.

The power requirements will be neatly listed on whatever site you plan on buying the chip from.
