In short, is there region locking for any PC games that don't require you to sign up for anything? I finally tracked down a copy of Hitman Contracts for the computer for a great buy (yay for eBay!), but it's rated by PEGI, not the ESRB. Very stupid question, but I have only gotten into PC gaming this year, and haven't used an over-seas game on my computer yet.
