PC Skyrim Bug Fix

So I've been playing Skyrim for a good amount of time now and I have really enjoyed it. But, I have just experienced a true game-breaking bug. The bug is causing all NPCs, except for guards and characters with short statements of dialogue, to not have the ability or indicator for me to talk to them. This means that all the quest givers, merchants, important quest people, and followers will not talk to me. So I've put enough time into the game for me to not want to start over, and I would appreciate any advice that you guys(and gals) can give me.

I think it may be best to go straight to the Betheseda forums or support page with this issue. Seems rather specific so I don't know if you will get much help here

I have checked there earlier, but I didn't find anything. I guess it never hurts to check twice.
