My name is Kurbose Dreadious, kdread in other words, call me by my real name and I'll do some painful things to you...
I come from the halls of Boletaria, of the royal family, in a long line of rangers and generals, my brother, Corbius and my sister Sylena are still there now, but I left for the good of the others, for as my blood of being a ranger, I am gifted with natural swordcraft, and must wander to the distant lands seeking to help, I went back there once, only to find my cousin, Xero, the tyrantal ruler of the kingdom, with my father slain, my brother imprisoned and my sister held as his wife, I went into the heart of the palace and fought him in single combat, I one, and claimed his blade, Shrinfang, or also known as the legendary Angelfang as I found out just recently, I then left, leaving the kingdom to my released brother and sisters hands, for I disire role in a place much less known, Boletaria is far, far east, over the sea.
Due to my ranger skills I survived for many weeks in the forest, but after awhile I was attacked and held prisoner by bandits, however, I managed to escape with only my sword, some coin and some old clothes, having lost my cloth robes of my royalty, I then fled into the nearest town, into a tavern were I spent a few days drinking as I liked, but the bar shut down after being bought out and converted into a large house. Leaving the town with nowhere left to go, I went to the mountains, to a secret cave, I met a enchanter who taught me advance Whitesmithing, I soon left, traveling down the mountains, but then I was suddenly attacked by a mountain lion, caught be surprise, I went tumbling down the mountain with it, wrestling it until it finally carked it and died, I had fell and rolled a great height, and injured myself on some rocks.
I then proceded South towards a town, fending of bandits and wolves as I went, gaining multiple battle scars and injuring my already hurt leg, I still have a slight limp from then, and dislike wolves and mountain lions with a passion. I finally entered a small settlement, were I was brutally attacked and only just managed to defeat the attackers, I needed my money for the doctor, as I was practically crawling now, the old quack was ruthless with his stitching, and has given me a quite evil fear of doctors, so from then onwards I only used healing miracles (holy spells) and priest healers or special herbs, in that very town was were I met and joined the guild as a trainer, sharing my ranger skills with everyone, but we had are property taken and we were banished from the place to were we are now, however, as Wrath may remember, we attacked a group of members from the dreaded blackriver guild, who were behind the bandit attacks on me, so I've a large grudge with them for ages, but in that battle, I was struck by a powerful lightning spell in the same leg I had injured, the power of which still haunts me, so I am shamefully afraid of lightning.
And so concludes my tale of how I left an easy life, to live a life of a warrior, as you may have read, I am adept at Whitesmithing, surviving in harsh conditions, making long voyages and picking good healing herbs and plants in forests, as is expected of all Rangers. But I am wanted dead by the Blackriver Company, have a fear of lightning, an Injured leg, and seem ti be a prime target for wolves and other evil creatures...
