Radiohead - OK Computer
Nirvana - Bleach and Nevermind
Pavement - Wowee Zowee!

If you haven't heard of Pavement, listen in, like, now.
I'd recommend Cut Your Hair, or Father to a Sister of Thought.

To quote from a friend, "The latest BEP song is the stupidest shit I've heard since the previous BEP song." That album is awful in all regards, in my opinion.

Also, one more: By The Light Of The Northern Star by Týr.

Hey, to reiterate the mantra of many people on this website, their entitled to their opinion blah blah blah blah just because they disagree with you doesn't make them wrong rawr rawr rawr. Yeah, someone was bound to say that eventually, so I'd thought I'd pointlessly throw that in there.

I feel bad for saying this for something based on opinion but
/thread

it always has a honorable position next to me.
I love that album but in my opinion there is one song that keeps the album from being perfect. That song is "Orion". I just don't like that song. It's still the most perfect album I can think of though. Led Zeppelin IV is close.
heretic! BURN!
I love Orion, sure it's a bit long and not really "fitting" in the more heavy style of the album, but it's still such a awesome song
Yeah, I agree, it's not their best instrumental (Ktulu woohoo), but it's absolutely grand. Burton's talent can only be appreciated here. And yes, it has to be one of the best albums in history, though I think we could pick and mix songs from Master of Puppets and Ride the Lightning to make it even better. Ooooh I loooove Fade to Black. And Ktulu. And Bellz. And yes, the heretics that diss Burton's genius will burn

And just before I forget, I do believe Passion and Warfare (Steve Vai, and anything written by him too) is on fire.

Baroness - Red Album, not one song that i dont enjoy
Kyuss - Welcome to Sky valley, i dunno about perfect but its pretty close
and i guess if perfect album is an album where you enjoy every song on it then there are a lot more.

I can think of three albums I'd describe as flawless:

Agaetis Byrjun by Sigur Ros
Vheissu by Thrice
Lift Your Skinny Fists Like Antennas to Heaven by Godspeed You! Black Emperor

Nearly perfect:

Threes by Sparta
Catch For Us the Foxes by mewithoutYou
Kid A by Radiohead

I find the most recent BEP single incredibly offensive, seeing as they use words associated with Jewish weddings and funerals to express their desire for sex. I was pretty angry when I heard that.

For me, I have to say Smokin' at the Half Note by The Wynton Kelly Trio, featuring Wes Montgomery. I'm going to say this is the most perfect album I have ever seen in my entire life, and back it up with <url=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LP0QNiZoKs0>this. Quite possibly the best song I have ever heard in my life. Ever.

Honorable mention goes to Echoes: The Best of Pink Floyd.

Meshuggah - Destroy Erase Improve.

Has a very cold, machine like sound, a very sad, nihlistic and bleak atmosphere.

Seeing as everyone has done the rock ones.

The perfect Hip-hop album is Deltron 3030 by Deltron, if you think Hip-Hop is shit, think again and listen to this epic saga of an album.

Portishead's Dummy is also a flawless album, the whole thing just sets you into that comfortable melancholy mood.

There's a few more but can't be arse listing them.

We're Only In It For The Money- The Mothers of Invention
Sgt. Pepper- The Beatles
Master of Puppets- Metallica

There are many more almost perfect albums though, but, It'd be a hell of a lot longer list if we counted those.

Moving Pictures by Rush
Hemispheres by Rush (ok, so it's only four songs.)
The Sound of Perseverance by Death
Powerslave by Iron Maiden
City of Echoes by Pelican
Strange Beautiful Music by Joe Satriani

I must agree that Metallica's Master of Puppets/Ride the Lightning are very close to perfection

In The Aeroplane Over The Sea by Neutral Milk Hotel. The songs themselves are great, but the flow of the album makes it incredible.
Yup.

My own contribution... I reckon that'll have to be The Beatles. Everything about Abbey Road is faultless. Also, Let's Talk About Feelings by Lagwagon, and Title TK by The Breeders. Oh, and anything by Mono, though You Are There would be the best in my book.

Load-Metallica
Ghost Reveries-Opeth
My Arms, Your Hearse-Opeth
Sound of Perseverance-Death
The Wall-Pink Floyd
Kill Em All-Metallica
Dirt-Alice in Chains
Black Gives Way to Blue-Alice in Chains
Anything Nirvana ever did. Especially Unplugged and In Utero
Seven Churches-Possessed
Electric Ladyland-Jimi Hendrix Experience
The Burning Red-Machine Head
Seasons in the Abyss-Slayer

I dont have real high standards for "perfect" albums. Although Master of Puppets would be one, if not for Diposable Heros. Its a cool song, but no need for that repetitive of a song to be longer than Master of Puppets (song) itself.

Lamb of God's Sacrament is a masterpiece. I dont think it has a single bad track. It doesn't even have any average tracks, they're all killer!

Psalm 69: The Way to Succeed and Suck Eggs - Ministry

one of the few albums I can listen through completely and love every single bit
