This is an added extra. Kashiwagi is already in earlier videos as a part of operation babe hunt, she is either replacing the "girl" you get lucky with or it is there in addition to that scene I don't know. I would suspect that the school trip is being changed so you visit Inaba, as you would not have to change much to do it.
