I, on the other hand, probably will be buying a Vita. Assassin's Creed tie-in looks interesting enough, then there's this, Gravity Rush, the MGS HD Collection I already have has two games playable cross-system, possibly Tales of Innocence, Warrior's Lair/Ruin (or whatever it's called now) and Soul Sacrifice, LittleBigPlanet, and Ragnarok Odyssey.

I wish we were getting this in November in the UK. It's hard to get excited about a possible "Spring 2013" window after the massive delays with P4A. It's a good thing I have loads to catch up on on Vita, and Assassin's Creed Liberation should help kill the time until it arrives.
