Personal computer DVD Drive repair or replace?

Hi all,

my PC's DVD Drive won't open when i press the "Open Drive Tray" button and was wondering whether to get the drive repaired or would it be easier and cheaper to get a new DVD drive installed?

Replace it. DVD drives, and even Blu-Ray drives, are extremely cheap.

Second on replacing.

The drive must be quite old so a new one won't have any problems in the near future.
