Personal epic fails

While i dont like to admit it i have made extreamly bad epic fails in the past while playing games
and im hoping some of you can share some of your fails with me.

i'll start

so a few years ago i picked up morrowind GTO and immediatly went to the bloodmoon part of it to become a werewolf(after spending ages trying to get to the right town and get on the boat)and did the entire east empire quest line (the one with raven rock)only to find out that was an entirely diffrent series of quests and had absolutley nothing to do with becoming a werewolf

so what are some of the biggest fails you have ever made?

I made a machinima once. That's all I need to say.

On a side note, it seems that every friend of mine has at least one piece of blackmail to use against me.

I once got killed by a person in Counter Strike when he had half life and a knife when I had full health and a gun.

Once, when I was playing MW2, I only needed one kill to win and I found a dude sniping... so I got cocky and start T-bagging the bastard while he was shooting people...

A minute or so of epic T-bagging later, I took out my knife, threw it... and got a big 'Ol "DEFEAT" on my screen...

It seemed my little sniper friend got his last kill before my knife connected with his head...

I know.... I'm an asshole...

I've made a Gmod comic with Team Fortress 2. And that was the eleventh time I died.

I was playing a game on N64 I can't remember name too but I didn't have a memory card at the time so me and my cousin spent hrs playing all night trying not to die so we can finish the game. After 8hrs we got to the final boss area and for some reason I thought "hmm I wonder can I walk off the roof..." turns out I could... And was promptly rewarded with a GAME OVER and trip to the title screen.

I always fail with grenades in halo.
Also I remember looking for my wire for my wireless control.
