I used to be a PT for 5 years. One thing I did was give a money back guarantee. It sure made sure the client and I took it seriously. I always talked about how the exercises were proscribed (as in like a doctor) and how they will achieve their goals.
Lastly, I've seen a lot of trainers and not many are good. But after 4 years from last using a trainer, I personally found it a thousand times easier to train right and eat well using a PT. You spending your own money on something important to you will help crystalise your decisions
