I have a very odd personality and I tend to be very passively aggressive towards my peers but above all I'm self obsessed so my power would be to drain other people of their spirit and make myself better i.e. stronger if I absorb a sporty person, smarter if I absorb a smart person and even more feminine if I absorb a lady. The downside would be I'd probably go insane and/or evil.

I'd make everyone in a radius butthurt, groggy or utterly crushed by lack of motivation.

I'm a little bit random. So making random weird stuff happen.

Or then again, my faverate hobby is annoying people. So making people hate me.

Wait. I can already see the flaws in that one... :/

It's difficult really to decide... generally labelled as stubborn, blunt, arrogant, intelligent, funny...
I guess my stubbornness comes out the most, that, and loud I can be.

I'd love either the ability to argue or talk my way out of any situation, or a mouth that doubles as a loudspeaker for anything I'm listening to through my headphones (which are on 24/7 :D)

I'm a chronic procrastinator. My power would most likely be to repeat chunks of time while remembering what happened in previous cycles. Think of "Groundhog Day," both for how that would work and the problems it would present.

I'm also strongly connected to my sense of hearing, since not only are my ears sharp and my memories are most often triggered by sound, but I am often affected viscerally by sounds and music. Perhaps my alternative/secondary power would be the ability to further hone in on particular sounds (for instance, pick out a conversation from the opposite side of a loud, crowded room) and have a better memory of what I hear. Obviously this would present some huge issues at first, given that without changing the laws of physics for the sake of entertainment, there is no way to "zoom in" on a microphone, and the same goes for ears; every sound that's caught within the polar pattern will be registered. I guess the best way to put it would be that I'd have the ability to adjust the polar patterns of my ears. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Microphone#Microphone_polar_patterns

Well. I guess I have a strange (uncommon at least?) form of psychopathic personality. I'm extremely manipulate(to be fair human nature is to look out for oneself in the least.) Say/Become anything to achieve the desired results in getting what I want from others. I also tend to be reflective on everything I do. I hold grudges indefinitely. I have a superb memory for the visual and auditory. I cannot see the patterns in things however (Mathematic formulas and the like, I cannot make heads or tails of.) and only understand well, things that have set rules (Biology, Languages, these are things I can understand very well). Now the flip side, the strange side to being a manipulative bastard. I have empathy, but only to people I know really well. The more I get to know someone. (Like really know them. Dark secrets, fears, etc.) The more guilt I feel in manipulating them. But I still do it. Self-destructive I guess. I have friendships, with an extremely small amount of people. I am a bit of a 'Me Monster' to those who know me.

On to the point of all that self-awareness. (I've slowly been breaking the manipulative nature, but it is a hard thing, to change your own personality) I guess I would have the power to have people do whatever I tell them to. But the more I do so, the less they would do for themselves. I would end up having to tell them to keep themselves alive. So I get what I want at the price of maintaining anyone I manipulated more than once. Powerful guilt would keep me from letting them die.

I would very much not want that power. I suppose it would be keen if I didn't give a flying fuck. Alas, I do.

Hm...I dunno, there's a lot of potential ones for me. My extreme forgetfulness would probably allow me to project a field of short-term memory-erasing energy or something like that.
Alternatively, I overthink and analyze a lot, so perhaps the ability to sense extra information about things around me?
Also, I'm a good listener, so I'd imagine that could perhaps give enhanced hearing, or maybe improved empathy or something.

I have an anxiety disorder that makes me more or less terrified all the time. So I imagine my power would be either spreading my hysterical fear to those around me or, even worse, bringing the things I'm terrified of into reality.

There is no way either of those would ever get any better with practice. My life would just be a nightmare from then on. I guess that would make me a villain?

I am a manipulative person, so I guess mind control. To avoid low content I'm also very cool headed and have a love of puns, so ice powers.

All this thread will accomplish is everyone looking really vanilla but saying they are "a bit odd but fun" or shit like that.

Most of you (including me) are not this

You are this

My power is to turn people I meet into a derivative of vanilla.
So what about me?

I'm a fucking globe trotting font of wit and wisdom...

I'd probably have the power to reduce peoples brain to globs of vanilla shit or something.

Based upon my personality, I tend to meditate whenever I can, and tend to daydream alot as well when I'm meditating.
I think my ability would probably be that I could summon creatures and other objects from my mind into reality.

My Aspergers would give me the power to solve any logical or mathematical problem, but it can't be in a way that someone else has solved it before.

I'm very argumentative, and especially love debating topics I know nothing/i] about, so my power would be to win every argument I have.

I could dissuade criminals by talking them down, persuade a person dying of a gunshot wound to stop bleeding, talk my way onto fox news and then out-debate Bill O'Reilly on live TV -- not that I'd need powers to do that.

The possibilities are endless!
