Hello Escapists I need your help again, I recently got a second parakeet to keep my first one company and I can't think of a good name for her. The first one is a boy named Lexington after the Gargoyle from the show "Gargoyles".

She is a bright yellow parakeet with few other coloration's. I want something unique and fun to name her but everything I have thought up doesn't fit.

edit: Even though she has not been tamed yet she is very friendly and curious, and is also an adorable singer

edit: I have picked a name and it is a combination of two great suggestions
Her name is Titania D'Lyrica and just so you know the boys full name is Lexington Belloc

This is too tempting. I'd say Lyric, because I've gotten quite.. infatuated with the name after I learned it actually is used as a proper name (though very rarely).

Themes, my two dogs are Ares and Zeus. Use another name from that show.
I went through all the female names in that show and none of them seem to fit.

Call it ladies and gentleman - just because it would sound amazing during introductions and when you scold it

How does it act? I had a cat called smack because it was a little crazy and we thought it was on something; hence smack.

there's somthing to think about.

I was torturing myself trying to come up with a name for my cockatiel, but he kept whistling in an unusual way, so instead of giving him an actual name, I just imitated his song. It's what he answers to now.

Awesome, I didn't know that.

OT: Sticking with the 'Gargoyles' thing, how about Coldfire?

To be honest I'm not the best at naming pets, the last pet I named was a rabbit and I called it Casserole. It fitted surprisingly well.

My only good ideas for pet names are Chairman Meow and Schrodinger, but those are both for cats.

If it's a bird, personally, I'd name it Scooby.

Whenever these threads come up I suggest Roslin after President Roslin from Battlestar Galactica. So I suggest Roslin now.

My bird's name is Birdsworth and if I were to get a second one it would be Birdwig, but I'll let you have it :D.
