At the moment I have one dog (half lab, half golden retriever, male)named Rover, and one bearded dragon (female) named Samus, or Sammy for short. But, I used to also have 2 basset hounds(both male) named Barney and Bear, 2 hermit crabs named Hermy and Spiky, and a gold fish named Johnny.

While my brother has had a total of 5 hamsters(none now), 2 gold fish(1 now), and a gecko(none now).

My family has had a lot of pets.

My lab of 14 years was put down yesterday.

I cried. He wasn't just a dog. He was a friend. Plus I'm at university to its not like I got to see him one last time.

Now I'm sad again. I'm going to go play Half Life.

I have a Basset Hound named Bear. He is almost all black. He is a great dog except that he has not been house broken, which is awfull becasue he is a house dog. He is awesome in every other way, but I am getting tired of the constant "accidents." He is about a year old, too old to crate I think, anybody have any ideas?

At home I have three cats; Red Stripe (Because he's red and Red Stripe is also the name of a popular Jamaican beer), Big Moe (Because he's the biggest blasted cat I've ever seen) and Missy (Because she's female and my mom named her). Also a rather large German Shepard named Rascal.

I have two cats and a dog. The dogs name is Setanta(but for some reason I call him Twig), and the cats are called Smokey and Shadow.
Hey, leave me alone! I named Smokey when I was about three, and Shadow was named by my sister!

Actualy, I wanted to name Shadow "Pooka", the irish word for ghost. Yep.

I have a chocolate labrador called Ozzy. He is about 20 months old and mad as they come, eating/attacking/humping anything in sight but we wouldn't have him any other way.

Well since I don't live alone I don't want to say their my pets, but my family has two dogs, a miniature schnauzer and a papillon, and a little 4 month old kitten that I'll admit is very cute.

I once had a black-and-white British Shorthair cat named Snowball (or alternatively Snowflake), but since there was an event recently that made me have to live at my dad's house (my parents are divorced)....and the fact that my dad's house does not allow pets meant that I had to send my cat back to New York where she came from.

It still makes me sad to think about it. :(

I have a black and white kitten/cat, he's symmetrical, he's a bit of a softie and he likes sitting on the stairs where you can't see him when going down stairs and you almost step on him, then you see him and attempt to avoid standing on him. But when you're doing that you're also losing your balance and nearly fall down the stairs and break your neck, but you grab hold of the banister to stop that from happening, 'cos that's bad. All the while he just sits there giving you a funny look.

I used to have ferrets, but now I don't and sometime in the near future I would like a snake.

I have a Dalmation named Norman, who I've had since June I think. He's a good dog, although he has a tendency to steal your food. Which gets really annoying, especially when I make one of my awesome sandwiches.

As well as a Goldfish named The Kraken!
Coolest name for a goldfish, ever.

I've had a lot of pets down through the years. The earliest were a dog named Buffy, he was a doberman mix of some sort, and 4 cats - Sarah & Clara (Maine Coon sisters, Sarah was black and white and Clara black and brown), Bubby (a huge, mellow white female), and Snowflake (a skinny, nervous white female). After Buffy we had a couple other dogs, Penny (A black dog of some kind) and Nicky (a white Samoyed). And until last summer I had a light brown and white hamster named Bobo.

Now we just have 3 cats - Natty and Blackfoot (Another pair of Maine Coon sisters, brown and white, and black and brown, respectively) and Pumpkin (I swear, she's Garfield brought to life - she's colored exactly the same, fat and lazy, and whenever anybody is eating she pesters them to give her some).

I've got a black Labrador pup called Max. He's awesome, learned to sit, lie down and stay by 2-3 months old and wakes me up every morning by jumping on my face. Best dog ever.
