My contract is up in August, and until recently, I'd been eying the Galaxy Note series. I have a Galaxy S4 and have had an S4 and 3. I like them, but with my huge hands, I've been looking more at phablets. The Note series seemed like a good fit, since I already like the Galaxy S series. But it's been rumoured that the Note 5 will go the route of the S6 and have no MicroSD slot or removable battery, and these are kind of dealbreakers for me. I could go with the Note 4, but my S4 is already kind of sluggish after two years trying to run modern apps, and I'd like to futureproof as much as is reasonable (ie, surviving to my next elligible upgrade). So. I'm wondering what is out there on the market that people like.
I will almost certainly check out reviews on any phone recommended, but I really prefer to hear what end users like and dislike about their phones.
I use my phone primarily for texting, web browsing and of course, phone calls. Being able to run games well is a plus, since I do use my phone for that. Sometimes heavily, if my back's acting up. I'm not too fussed with most features. Oh, I do need Bluetooth, though. Headphone cords are a pain when you're 6'5". But I imagine this is pretty much bog standard on any smartphone, so I don't imagine it's a big deal.
So...what's good out there?
Captcha Error. Yeah, forum, you didn't put one up.
