I have mild phobia of knives. Dropping knives. And, although I'm not scared of heights, I am scared of jumping from them.

Fear of needles. I've refused the swine flu vaccine even though my entire family has it. I can only see myself accepting a needle if it was a vaccine for every disease ever, or I was in the hospital.

I have Acrophobia, otherwise known as the fear of heights.

However, the odd thing about this phobia is that it doesn't effect me too much when I'm outside. It's always when I'm inside like in a musuem or skyscraper or something.
e.g. I have only ever been to the London Science Museum once. Not because its far away, but because I'm terrified of going there and ending up in the main hall
The Main Hall is HUGE and I'm terrified of going in there.

I think I mentioned this in another thread once before but here goes:

I have catoptrophobia, and a pretty bad case too.

If you don't know, catoptrophobia is an irrational, deepseated fear of mirrors.
I don't know what it is that I find scary about them but they honestly scare the living shit out of me. Seriously, I don't even have a mirror in the bathroom, simply because I'm too afraid.

Science has yet to find out what causes catoptrophobia but I hope they can find a cure soon because at the time of writing there's no treatment yet.

Just make sure you don't stand inbetween two mirrors, I heard you lose apart of yourself everytime( I kid! it actually amplifies how awesome you are :)

I don't really know if it's a phobia, but I just can't stand dogs.

I'm terrified of spiders. Which made it really uncomfortable to play DA:O with those spider-infested caves... I cringed and backed away from the screen throughout that place...

Man, that must suck... One of the buildings part of my university is 7 stories tall, and if you're on the last story you can look straight down through a decorative hole thing in the floor. That thing is nasty enough to make us everyday people dizzy as hell, let alone an unsuspecting acrophobiac...

Ugh, I hate it when games have realistic spiders. I'm ok with spiders like in Torchlight, since they are cartoonish spiders, but otherwise... *shudders*

I have no clue if there's a word for it or not, but I have a phobia of making/receiving calls on my mobile when I'm indoors.
