PC gamer/illustrator here. I just know I'm going to get Carpul Tunnul someday. It's inevitable....

Now my little bro owns a Wii with various accessories, & he's injured himself plenty by smacking himself, falling onto things, falling off of/tripping over the board, & accidently chucking his wiimote into breakable things or at people.

My friend once punched his cupboard when I was beating him in FIFA but I don't know if he injured himself.

When I first started playing video games, I got eyestrain from playing Super Mario World 2 for GBA...and I got headaches.

I've gotten pain in my arm when I play PC games, but strangely I only get it in the arm I use for WASD stuff. My mouse arm is unaffected.

plenty a Wiimote to the crotch and plenty a magical bouncing controller to the face. but one that really was bad was getting hit in the face with a rock band guitar, not the lighter guitar hero one. that hurt for days.

When I played Luigi's Mansion on Gamecube, they required you to capture ghosts by moving the analog stick in a circle. I used the center of my palm, and eventually, a neat circle of skin just tore off. No blood or anything, just a little raw.
