Not oxygen last time I checked then this was a part of Quantum science and it was about that some random mysterious particles were always being created around us out of nothing and destroyed by nothing.

2.People are saying we haven't achieved cold fusion but haven't they already built a cold fusion reactor?

Perhaps you're speaking of the Virtual Particles? I remember seeing them in the Quantum field theory and appear quite often in Feynman diagrams.

No, we don't have cold fusion. Someone reported some results for cold fusion, but nobody has been able to reproduce their results, which means that the first reports were probably either bogus or some other phenomenon that they didn't pin down.
