Morgan Freeman - because...come on, that guy need to be made immortal already.

Neil Patrick Harris - he just seems like a great guy, and has shown that he's willing to spread out and play a bunch of very different roles. Also, he can actually sing.

Ross Bagdasarian Jr. - (Alvin and the Chipmunks, btw) when he dies, someone else is going to take up the mantle...but I can't see that ending well. Whether you like or hate his work, he has a passion for it and handles the characters whole-heartedly.

That's a hard list to fill out...my sincere pre-condolences to Ellen Page and Samuel L Jackson's families.
