What drink I favor depends on my mood, so:
Beer: "Bosch Bier" - Porter or Lager rather than Pils, but I like every beer from that brewery. ^^
Wine: "La Tense Sassella Valtellina Superiore (vintage 2002-2004 preferred;by Nino Negri)" - My favourite wine.
Äppler/Applewine: Homemade or from friends. =)
note: NOT that DISGUSTING pisswater called cider, that the british and french "create" -ugh-, but proper german(hessian ^^) ones... /rant

Liqour/Cocktails etc: Whatever fits. From cheap/rather disgusting stuff(JackDaniels, Vodka-mixes, Jägermeister, etc) to noble a grappa, whisky, wodka, port or rum all is possible.

I'm a bit of a purist. For example, when i see someone at a party ask for a martini, i mix it with gin. If they ask me to mix it with vodka, i tell them to FUCK OFF. Vodka, as far as i'm concerned, is just water with a kick. I only use the fucking stuff with Bloody Marys out of respect to Hemingway.
That being said, i'm a real nut for tequila. Doing shots of rested tequila in the cruda style (Lick your finger, dip it in a bit of salt, lick the salt off your finger, drink the tequila, take a bite of lime) is a good time, and a well mixed margarita (Not an alcoholic slushie but a real one) is also pretty good. But my absolute favorite is Kahlua. I can't go near the stuff, i just cannot fucking stop drinking it. Every time i got drunk enough to start singing karaoke, Kahlua was involved, to the point that now Kahlua is synonymous with the song "Suicide is Painless." It's so delicious it's evil.

I was having a problem with drinking and I've recently quit except for special occasions. A glass of wine at a wedding or something, but when I did drink (a lot), I was a fan of Bush Mills Whiskey or Crown Royal on the rocks. Or beer - Fat Tire, Guinness,Hefeweizen, Arrogant Bastard ALE, etc.I also had more then my share of cheap piss yellow beer at parties, but hey, it was free. Of course I wouldn't turn down my sisters real margaritas, and I had more then a few wine spritzers at my own wedding. XD
But one drink I love, I used to have all the time in winter, or when I was feeling really sick; or both. I'd mix Spiced Rum and Dr. Pepper, heat it up, and enjoy (add a thin slice of lemon if you want). That was the warmest and coziest I've ever felt in my entire life.

Most of the time I'll drink either cider or lager, and occasionally bacardi or vodka and coke. That said, I rarely drink now.
Ricin all day, baby. If forced to pick an alcohol I would go with whiskey straight. What can I say, I like the burning sensation.
