Pillows!

Pretty simple, what is that wonderful blob of fluff that keeps your head snug while you sleep? Is it just a pillow, is it another kind of pillow, is it a coat improvised to take the place of a pillow?

I sleep on a white pillow that has been flattened over months of mid-sleep headbanging, but it's cool because I like flat pillows. (Don't you dare make a pun. (Shit, giving them ideas.))

I dunno, fluffy pillows just seem so stuffy, as if I could suffocate in them. I sleep face down. Anyway, my pillow is also covered by, not a pillow case, but a pink, flower-decaled shirt that my sister used to own.... What? You haven't lived until you've slept on whatever the hell this thing is made of. It's just... so damn smooth.

I like it snug. Even in summer, which gets to around 40 degrees plus here in Perth, Australia!

Mine's pretty flat and not very soft. It's just a regular pillow I guess. Never thought about it much. It only bothers me when I'm ill, but then everything bothers me when I'm ill.

2 pillows, nothing particularly interesting about them. I'm not sure what they're made of.

The odd thing is that I sleep in a sleeping bag, as opposed to a duvet. I don't know anyone else who does that out of choice.

I do that sometimes.

Wow umm yeah I'll pass. Sleeping on a large bale of film-wrapped silage (pickled grass) isn't a big love of mine, 'cos thats what the just might be
I just go for the standard two pillow formation with pillow covers that are all polyester but look embarrassingly like satin/sink. Still comfortable though.
Oh and I have a Chi-Chobits long pillow on the side of the bed. Not one of those creepy bodyshape ones...just a regular long pillow with Chi in a summer dress.

7 pillows, 2 cushions and a towel (I once had flu and threw up while I was lying in bed, usually keep a towel on hand just in case, it was the worst clean up ever).

I like to nest/snuggle and sleep alone (even when I was with someone, I preferred sleeping alone, the "starfish position" is comfortable and I thrash like I am being murdered in my sleep.)

It's nice and firm, and it feels like a beanbag... for your head.

2 Pillows: I line them up long end to long end and then I lay my whole body on them. I discovered this last summer when I couldn't sleep on some pillows in a rental house in California. Plus I sleep on my stomach so...

OT: I have two plain boring old pillows. Nothing special, but they do the job alright. Not that I actually need they, mind. I can sleep anywhere on anything.
