It's the chainsaw bit from the Lancer set. At the main screen, scroll to the bottom of the top selection (Custom Weapon) and it's listed there. It's meant to be hidden.

Adapted by the Australian Army for use in forested areas from the Italian Spaz-12. The 12AM comes with box magazine, iron sights and a tactical rail.
